This versatile unit boasts two speeds at 1800 and 3600 RPM and is able to liquefy, chop, grind, puree, and emulsify - making it perfect for use in your institutional kitchen or healthcare facility. 

This machine's powerful 16 HP, three-phase motor is operated by a control panel with a digital 0 - 15 minute timer, and retractable casters provide mobility when needed. The included adjustable, stainless steel two-blade Blixer assembly quickly processes an array of foods, while the included bowl scraper assembly ensures that every bit is processed and used! 

The Robot Coupe Blixer 60 requires a 208/240V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation.
