This table-top unit is designed to cut large amounts of vegetables in no time at all. Robust, efficient, easy to clean and offering the widest variety of cuts. Gain consistency and save hours in mise en place: slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, french fries, dice and even puree.

A continuous feed chute means you can process large amounts of produce directly into a separate container, eliminating the need to stop and empty a batch bowl. The large Ø 2-9/32" full moon hopper gives you the space you need to process larger ingredients, while the smaller Ø 1-17/32" cylindrical hopper makes it easy to process long, narrow produce.

With 2 push button controls, operating this food processor couldn't be any easier! Simply press the green "on" button to get the 2 HP motor running at 425 RPM and press the red "off" button when the job's done.

A sturdy metal handle gives you excellent leverage, so you can easily push produce through the large hopper. The black pusher does the same for the small hopper, ensuring that the operation is as smooth and safe as possible.

This machine comes with a 3mm slicing disc and a 3mm grating disc to get you started.
