DoughXpress D-TXM-2-18-W Description

The DoughXpress D-TXM-2-18-WH tortilla/Pizza dough press has temperature controls that can be adjusted as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. When the preset temperature is reached, a heat light will turn off to indicate that the unit is ready to operate. Using the digital timer, operators can set the time at variable ranges depending on the product being made. It has uncoated aluminum platens on both the top and the bottom to provide uniform heating.

Ideal for pizza dough and tortillas, this DoughXpress D-TXM-2-18-WH pizza dough press flattens dough to as big as 18 inches in diameter, and the thickness can be adjusted infinitely to produce various types of crusts. This unit has a pull-down handle to lower the top platen, and a cam lock keeps the upper platen securely on the product until the handle is pulled back up.
