Making dough sheets has never been easier with the Doyon dough sheeter. The machine features a front infeed and discharge. The compact countertop design reduces back strain since rolling pin work is virtually eliminated.

It creates dough sheets up to 12" in diameter maximum. It is ideal for pizzas, tortillas, and wraps with an absorption rate of 50-60%. The dough sheeter can also be used for all types of pastry dough. The quick-change system changes the gap between rollers. Operators can make up to 250 pieces per hour in two easy steps.
