Has been fully tested.

The heating/holding temperature works perfectly but the 2 temperature dials (the round pieces that tell you the inside temp) are not working properly.

We tested this overnight and it holds its temp properly.

On casters and rolls well.

Used so expect scuffs, and scratches into service.

Uses a 208-240 volt, 1-phase electrical connection.
