The 21CET8 is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its interior cooking chamber is coved to maximize steam circulation and simplify cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms are sloped to eliminate excess moisture buildup.

A unique, durable flat bar heating element and patented high-velocity steam jets heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans.

The Cleveland 21CET8 can hold up to (3) 2 1/2″ deep full size steam pans. The door has a two-piece compartment and a reversible gasket for leak-proof, airtight seal.
