This Garland G20-SPH liquid propane stock pot range allows you to quickly and easily prepare your flavorful pastas, soups, and sauces while taking up minimal space! Equipped with four spectro-heat burners, this unit delivers a total of 60,000 BTU of power to ensure efficiency and even cooking at your operation. The infinite setting valve allows you to adjust the power between low (12,000 BTU), medium (35,500 BTU), and high (60,000 BTU) heat settings. Each stockpot stove features a constant shielding pilot light for instant ignition. In addition, the type "H" safety pilot automatically turns the gas off if the pilot goes out, ensuring maximum safety.

The stainless steel front and sides combine with a heavy-duty cast iron top grate to provide outstanding durability. With 1 3/8" adjustable zinc-plated feet, the unit can remain stable on uneven kitchen floors. Plus, a removable drip tray makes it easy to clean the unit at the end of a busy shift. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
