TurboChef ECO-9500-1 Description

The TurboChef ECO-9500-1 high-speed oven has customizable menu settings that can hold 256 recipes for quick use. These settings can be adjusted manually, with a USB drive, or on Wi-Fi for added cost. To ensure the unit operates efficiently, it self-diagnoses any potential problems. Due to its internal catalytic converter, the oven doesn't need a vent to eliminate grease and odor emissions, potentially saving operators significant capital. A single motor in the cabinet circulates air vertically to cook.

Cleaning the TurboChef ECO-9500-1 microwave convection oven is streamlined with one bottle of oven cleaner, one bottle of oven guard, two trigger sprayers, and an aluminum paddle. It comes with two aluminum pans and the oven rack is removable to accommodate various foods. The outer wrap and door are made of 430 stainless steel that remains cool to the touch to prevent burns. Because the cabinet is insulated, hot air doesn't escape while cooking.
