 A temperature control switch allows for adjustment between 120 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 

The tank has small handles for easy removal and cleaning. The Avantco single countertop fryer requires a 120V electrical connection and is NSF Listed.

This unit is not designed for constant, heavy use.
