At a perfect underbar height of 39", the Jackson Delta 5 door type under bar glass washer conserves water, energy, and most importantly, space.

The Delta 5 is a versatile machine, suitable for both glassware and dishware, and can accommodate products up to 11 1/2" high. It accepts regular racks or half racks to accommodate smaller storage spaces.

Other helpful features of the Jackson Delta 5 low temperature dishwasher include a side control panel for easy access to all controls, a door safety switch, adjustable bullet feet, and a gravity drain.

A highly efficient, 3/4 hp wash pump provides plenty of power, and can clean up to 40 racks, or 1,440 glasses, per hour! An auto-fill design and 3-way dispensing system for detergent, rinse additive, and sanitizer produce excellent results every time.

The Delta 5 low temperature glass washer / dishwasher features durable and easy to clean 304 stainless steel construction, a sustaining heating element which maintains final rinse temperatures between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and a dial temperature gauge for constant monitoring of the unit's temperature.
